+ WHAT TYPE OF COACHING DO YOU DO?

I can coach people to live a holistically healthy life by enhancing their exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress, purpose, and mindset. Adherence to fundamental principles will make a major transformation to their health, and everything after that is a bonus, as you bring more attention to detail to enhance your vitality.

+ Do you have to be motivated to start the signature program?

You don’t necessarily have to be motivated, as you will by nature be motivated to improve your life after every energetic interaction with me, though it is important that you commit to your goals for the long term, at least at a MINIMUM LEVEL, so that you can make every change needed to enhance your health to meet the Paul Chek Standards. Your biggest bottleneck is going to be your attitude towards the sessions, if you don’t put value on the sessions, you won’t extract the necessary learning to meet your full potential. We’re looking for commitment, discipline, and a level of involvement that gives you the foundation to enhance your health.

+ HOW DOES HOLISTIC HEALTH COACHING COMPARE TO THERAPY OR COUNSELLING?

Holistic health coaching is about enhancing your health using holistic health theories, principles and values to guide you towards your health. Holistic health is founded on using basic principles of exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress management, purpose and mindset to help you heal the source of the problem. Holistic health treats the SOURCE of the disease; and regardless of what it is, holistic health can be a companion aside from it. My personal experience is that it can help you not rely on medication to manage your emotions and stress, as well as provide you with tools that can bring complete control over your health. I personally believe holistic health can work positively alongside therapy, or counselling, as well as any other form of medical treatment. Please consult your holistic health coach to discuss working alongside your therapist or counsellor.

+ I have a job, / I'm a student. Will I have enough time?

Yes. Of course, you will have enough time when you manage your time enough :P You get 24 hours every day; at least, this is the time you should use to bring an extra level of efficiency to your day. Many of my past clients have been able to balance work and school with a coaching program, and have gained more energy when on the program as proof of their commitment to it. Your commitment to the goals is what will help you think about how to create the time to achieve it. It is up to you to get creative!

+ Do I have to be in Perth to live coach with you?

The coaching programs are available from anywhere online, and you simply need a wifi connection or 4G access to Zoom call with me. I also offer in-person mobile coaching, and I have faith that with more requests, I will offer the services in person in the studio.
