Health coaching can reduce your stress, improve the quality of your sleep, improve the health of your diet, empower your mindset, stabilise your emotions, exercise your fitness, and bring a sense of sacredness to your energy systems. What it does the best is it acts like a tap where the weakest point of your health is directly addressed in a holistic way. It would be accurate to say that with health comes the removal of worry, self-consciousness about oneself, and the removal of fear that you won’t have enough energy to live the full life that you want, full of aspirations and goals.
When you were a teenager, your parents managed your health, and they likely followed cultural and societal protocols of health. Whenever something was out of wack, they would send you straight to the general practitioner. This isn’t what this is about. This is about taking an active approach to educating yourself so that you can manage your own health. Here we don’t want you to be moulded further by cultural standards, so we provide you with the latest and greatest tools, which are also the oldest tools all the way back from when Hippocrates was alive in the 4th century B.C. If I said you have the power to change your health, does this sound impossible to you? You might say so, but, what about if you had three months to make that change? Less so. What if you had one year? Even less so. What if you had three years? Even less so. What if you gave yourself permission to spend the next ten years changing every single old compulsive habit? Absolutely, it is possible to change your health completely because when you do things consistently, you make big changes.
I’m saying that no matter where you are in your life situation at the moment, you can become the person you truly want. You are a boundless creature with infinite potential, and I know you can embody the health standards that you want.

👍 You have a compulsive relationship with food, meaning you can’t control what you eat, and are eating foods that do not serve your best interests because of hard-to-break compulsive tendencies. Think of it like looking at a Kit Kat bar and wanting to resist it, but the next thing you know, it’s in your mouth. Although you explicitly said no Kit Kat today, that’s compulsive because you had planned rightfully so not to eat chocolate today but did it anyway.
👍 You are stressed every day, and it is affecting your well-being to the point where you experience fatigue, lethargy, excessive sleepiness, and apathy.
👍 Your exercise routine is causing injury, stress, or overwhelm, and you don’t exercise enough, or don’t know what to exercise that is specifically tailored to your individual needs.
